You will share what you are carrying and what you are hoping to move through. Shanti will get a read on where you are and what the work would look like. If it is a clear fit, she will follow up personally with next steps and the application link.
If it is not the right fit โ for either of you โ that is a useful outcome too. This work is specific, and it is not right for everyone at every stage.

Book and prepare
After booking you receive your scheduling link for a live call. Before the call, write down two to three sentences โ where you are right now, and what you are hoping private mentorship would help you move through. That preparation makes the conversation significantly more useful.
What to write: Where am I right now? What specifically do I want to shift, deepen, or build? Why does private mentorship feel like the right support at this point? Two to three honest sentences is enough.
The live call
45 minutes with Shanti. You share what you are carrying. She gets a read on where you are and what the work would look like. This is a real conversation โ not a pitch, not a presentation. Both of you are deciding whether this is the right fit.
Shanti follows up personally
Within 24 to 48 hours after the call, Shanti will follow up directly. If it feels like a clear fit, she will share next steps and the Mentorship application link. If the timing or the container is not right, she will say so honestly โ and may point you toward something that is.
