What happens next
Complete the intake form
Check your email for a short intake form. This helps Shanti understand where you are before the first session and recommend a cadence for moving through the series.
Schedule your first session
After your intake is received, Shanti will send a scheduling link within 24 hours. Each session is approximately 60 minutes, conducted live online through your coaching portal.
Prepare before each session
In the 24 hours before each session: drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, eat lightly, and spend a few minutes journaling. Shanti will guide you through everything else.
Journal between sessions
After each session, write down what you notice — dreams, emotional movement, physical sensations. Bring those notes to the next session. The series builds on itself. Integration between sessions is part of the work.
