Reiki is not learned. It is transmitted โ passed through an attunement from a practitioner who carries the lineage. What opens in that transmission is yours to work with for the rest of your life.
Level 1 establishes your connection to the Reiki channel โ the capacity to draw and direct life-force energy for your own healing and, when you are ready, for others. You do not need to have any prior experience with energy work. You need only the willingness to receive what is passed.
The attunement is performed live and 1:1. It is not a recorded transmission or a self-paced module. Shanti connects with your field directly and passes the Reiki channel to you. That is how it has always been done, and it is the only way it works.

Shanti carries the Usui Reiki lineage โ the original tradition developed by Mikao Usui in early 20th-century Japan. The attunement she passes has been transmitted hand to hand through that lineage. Upon completion you receive a Level 1 certification and become part of that lineage yourself.
