Reiki Level 1 opens your energy channels and grounds you in self-practice. Reiki Level 2 deepens that foundation with three sacred symbols, distance healing techniques, and the training to work with clients in a structured, professional way.

The Level 2 attunement is a separate initiation — it amplifies the channel opened at Level 1 and activates the three symbols in your energy system so you can work with them effectively. This is not a continuation of the same attunement. It is its own transmission.

  • The three sacred symbols

    Each symbol works at a different level — the power symbol amplifies energy, the mental and emotional symbol works with patterns and clarity, and the distance symbol transcends physical location. Once activated in your attunement, they respond to intention.

  • Distance healing

    In Reiki practice, the distance symbol is used to direct healing beyond physical proximity. Using it, you can send healing to someone in another location, and work with past experiences or future situations that may benefit from energetic support. This is one of the most significant skills Reiki 2 develops.

  • Emotional and mental clearing

    The mental and emotional symbol works directly with patterns, beliefs, and emotional material that has been cycling without resolution. It is particularly useful for working with grief, anxiety, recurring thought patterns, and the emotional components of physical conditions.

  • Client session structure

    Reiki 2 includes intake forms, session protocols, and professional practices for working with clients. You will know how to open and close a session, how to document what arises, and how to hold appropriate boundaries as a practitioner.

Prerequisite: Reiki 1 from any qualified Reiki Master Teacher. If you have not taken Reiki 1 yet, the bundle option includes both levels at $497.

If you completed Reiki 1 through another lineage or teacher, you are still welcome at the standard rate. Shanti will orient you to the Level 2 process within her teaching approach. The graduate rate of $197 applies to graduates of Shanti's own Reiki 1 program.
