What you may

What lineages or modalities is this for?

All of them. If you practice Reiki, you can integrate these practices with your symbols and lineage. If you work in shamanic, sound healing, coaching, or any other energy-based modality, the practices meet you where you are. No prior knowledge of the solar plexus chakra is required.

How much time does each day take?

Each practice is designed to be short enough to complete before a session โ€” usually between five and fifteen minutes. The goal is tools you actually use, not content you archive and never return to.

Do I need to do the days in order?

The sequence is designed to build โ€” regulation first, then protection, then clearing doubt, then strengthening presence, then anchoring it for real life. Moving through in order gives you the most complete foundation. But each practice also stands alone.
