• Live events and workshops

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these guidelines without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Light Council LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses

• Any third-party conduct on our platform
• Any content or conduct of any third party

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Light Council LLC regarding your use of our services.
